How to join

To join the Friends of the Nederland Community Library please complete the form provided here and mail it to the library, P.O. Box 1226, Nederland, CO 80466. You will receive a "welcome" phone call from a current member.

When you join, you will receive discounts on Library merchandise, a canvas library book bag, invitations to special events, email or regular mail updates on library happenings, and the satisfaction of supporting your community library and helping it to thrive.

What We Do

Book sale

Our annual book sale is held every July during Nederland's Old Timers' and Miners' Days event weekend.

Book shelf

We have an excellent and diverse selection of gently used books for sale in the library.

Sales items

Book bag

These durable canvas totes hold lots of library books and are handy for everyday use. Price: $10 for non-members; free for new members.

Throw

Our locally designed throws feature the unique elements that make up Nederland. Use them as a display or for keeping warm. Price: $25 for non-members; $20 for members.

Items may be purchased at the library.

Fundraisers

We have enjoyed wine tastings, garden tours, holiday fairs and various local events.
